Architecture Overview
WolfPanel uses a modern agent-based architecture to manage your servers securely. Unlike legacy control panels, we don't host the control panel interface on your actual server, nor do we keep a database of panel logins on your machine.
Instead, a lightweight agent is installed on your server. This agent initiates an encrypted, outbound connection to our central controller. You manage all your instances from our hosted dashboard, while your server resources remain focused on serving your applications.

Outbound WebSockets
The agent initiates connections, meaning you do not need to open any incoming administration ports on your firewall.
